Thanks for your comments about Princess Bubble! We love all fairy tales- but have not found a prince and just wanted to tell the world if he does not come (or you don't find the prince) you can still have a great life!

We are passionate about our message and so grateful to you for mentioning us!

Louis - I just saw a preview for the Golden Compass and I was looking into it since it's apparently really controversial. I need to read the 3 books before seeing the movie though so I'll probably wait until it's on DVD. I reread the Chronicles of Narnia when that movie came out, and just reading about these books again (<3 wikipedia) is making me want to reread the Wrinkle in Time series. Most of my kid/YA books are still at my parents' house so I'll have to pick them up next time I'm there.

Ed - Good to hear from you! I've been doing well, I live in Collingswood now. Do you still have a place in Philly, or just in NYC now? I know you at least don't have the old place I'd been to.

Hey there - how've you been?

I'm getting down to Philly from NYC every couple of weekends - work's been super busy but the snow should slow us down a bit.

Hey you shouldn't need an excuse to see children's movies! If you really feel weird about it, go with your grandmother! I find myself watching children's videos a lot recently, I think the holiday season is good about that kind of stuff, especially when it comes to holiday specials. I watched A Mickey Christmas Carol last week, and it still rules, and I'll never get tired of anything Peanuts!
I've also found children's literature to be highly appealing. The slight hit of nostalgia (even if I never read it before), the short read, and the lack of need for depressing social statement characters make them fun to read.
Gimme a call next time you need an excuse to see a fairy tale! I kind of want to see The Golden Compass, but I guess thats more of a fantasy.
