Just gone.  The mirror, half the backing.  Someone probably just hit it with their mirror while driving by.  Thank you.<\/p>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t think it&#8217;d be that bad to drive without it since one of my friends has been missing hers for a while.  I was wrong.  It was horrible.  It&#8217;s hard to merge, hard to parallel park, and I felt like someone was going to sneak attack me from behind.<\/p>\n<p>I stopped at my mechanic&#8217;s and he called like 6 different parts places before he even found one who had the part.  Apparently it&#8217;s too much to ask for people to keep 15 year old parts around.  $65 for used, $85 for new.  And that&#8217;s when he gives it to me at his cost.
