Any way I’ve decided that now is as good a time as any to start my main goal (or resolution, whatever you want to call it):

I want to be more healthy.
1. Take vitamins. I’ve had a cold for like a month now and it’s really annoying. It should be simple to remember to take this stuff everyday, but I’m lazy and so far haven’t done it.
2. Eat better. More fruits and veggies, anything so my diet is not completely pasta. I’ve been cooking more already so this one should be easy.
3. Exercise. The schedule I’ll have this coming term gives me more than enough time to go to the gym most days. I’m also considering a yoga or belly dancing class.
4. Sleep. I feel like I’m sleep deprived a lot, which might also contribute to my getting sick easily.

This stuff shouldn’t be hard to do, it’s all a matter of making myself do it enough so it becomes routine and overcomes the laziness.

I’ve never been that into New Year’s resolutions, or even New Year’s for that matter.
